Automatic x402 payments now settle against spec-compliant servers: amounts are sent as strings on the wire, validAfter is back-dated instead of zero, the payment header is read whatever case the server used, and a network named "base" is understood as the same chain as "eip155:8453". Tested against forty live third-party endpoints — forty of forty payable. Every automatic payment now records its settlement transaction in the local ledger, so a spend can be tied back to a chain record. Documentation updated to 0.46.1 and a section added on where an agent can get listed and discovered.
